Michel Fantom is a producer, songwriter, and artist whose work lives at the intersection of underground electronic music, hip-hop, and R&B. Drawing from city pop, jazzy harmony, techno, trap soul, and atmospheric synth textures, his music emphasizes mood, movement, and space.
A lifelong musician, Michel began music lessons as a child and started making beats at age 12. He later studied Music Production and Recording at Shenandoah University, complementing his training with one-on-one classical and jazz piano lessons, as well as vocal instruction. During that time, he recorded over 400 hours as a studio musician, tracking piano, synthesizers, and vocals for a variety of projects.
Beyond formal training, Michel continues to develop through independent production, DJing, and studio work. Each piece is treated as its own environment—open, intentional, and expressive—inviting interpretation and personal connection.
